Terms and Conditions
Use of Heart of the Pack's services is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms.
We will provide services in a caring and responsible way.
We reserve the right to cancel walks due to extreme unforeseen circumstances including extreme weather.
Dogs will not be exercised off lead without written permission from owner.
We request that dogs be up to date with flea and tick treatment.
Any health issues your dog may have must be made known to us from the outset.
We request authorisation to manage any emergency that may arise, which may involve using the most local vet at the time, which may or may not be your usual vet.
We will not be responsible for any veterinary costs for your dog, however they occur whilst in our care.
We will make every effort to contact you in the case of an emergency.
Unless otherwise agreed, we request that payments be made in advance either in cash or by bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
Unless you have requested otherwise, it will be assumed that any photos or videos I take of your dog may be used on Heart of the Pack website and/or social media platforms.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your dog's walk we require 72 hours notice or the normal fee will still be charged. sick or lame dogs will not be charged for missed walks.

How long do we keep your data for?
Heart Of The Pack will not retain your personal information longer than necessary. We will hold onto the information you provide either while your client account is in existence, or as needed to be able to provide the services to you.
If legally required or if it is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms and Conditions, we may also retain some of your information for a limited period of time as required.
Heart Of The Pack will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information, gathered as a result of filling out the site registration form, to anyone.

With respect to the information relating to you that ends up in our possession, and recognising that it is your choice to provide us with your personally identifiable information, we commit to giving you the ability to do all of the following:
